Overview

SpotTheUI offers a generous free tier of 60 challenges so you can fully experience the product before deciding to purchase. We encourage you to try the free challenges first to make sure SpotTheUI is right for you.

Premium Purchases

Premium access to SpotTheUI is a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD that unlocks all 480 challenges, all difficulty tiers, and the full badge system. Because this is a digital product with immediate access upon purchase, all sales are generally final.

When We Grant Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don't go as expected. We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following situations:

Technical issues: If a technical problem with SpotTheUI prevents you from accessing the premium content you paid for, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase.

Unauthorized purchase: If you can demonstrate that the purchase was made without your authorization.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@spottheui.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your SpotTheUI account. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is processed, your premium access will be revoked and your account will revert to the free tier.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks incur fees that are costly for small businesses. We are happy to work with you to resolve any issues directly and fairly.
